1. Return Policy
   Application Period: You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
   Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and include the original packaging and all accessories. Any damage or signs of use may result in the rejection of your return.

2. Exchange Policy
   Application Period: You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request an exchange.
   Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and include the original packaging and all accessories. Damaged or used items are not eligible for exchange.
   Request Process: To exchange an item, please contact harmonics@theclaymug.com and explain the reason for the exchange and the item you wish to exchange. We will provide you with instructions.
3. Return Shipping
   Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is obviously defective or incorrect.
   We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the proper transportation of your returned item.
4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility for return, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment account.
   Please note that the processing time for your financial institution may also affect the processing speed of your financial institution.
